MarketCast Hires Chief HR Officer

In Los Angeles, entertainment insights business MarketCast has appointed Regina Johnson as its first Chief Human Resources Officer.

MarketCast research, analytics and data science supports studios, entertainment platforms, sports and lifestyle brands. Johnson (pictured) joins from investment firm Western Asset Management, where she served as Head of Human Resources, before which she worked for vehicle intelligence provider Spireon as SVP, Human Resources. Earlier, she spent nearly six years at property sector analytics and solutions provider Corelogic, latterly as VP, Human Resources, before which she was VP, Human Resources Manager at Bank of America, and HR Manager at Fremont Investment & Loan. She is currently a Board member of The Moxie Exchange, a woman-owned technology and learning organization dedicated to driving equity and inclusion across organizations.

In her new role, Johnson will lead all MarketCast HR and people initiatives, including shaping its employee experience, driving talent management, and building out its diversity and inclusion strategy with teams around the globe.
