Three Hires for STRAT7 Bonamy Finch

UK agency STRAT7 Bonamy Finch has appointed former Britvic and GSK researcher John McBride as Director Insights & Impact. The firm also recently added Femi Akinlabi and Ben Frost to its Advanced Analytics team.

STRAT7 was formed two years ago by partner firms ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, specialist data and analytics agencies, along with start-up company LiFE. The Bonamy Finch wing combines advanced analytics, data science and research solutions and offers comprehensive brand management guidance, product & service optimisation and predictive modelling among other services.

McBride brings more than two decades of experience in insights, innovation and strategy from both client and agency sides, and worked in insight roles at Britvic and JTI (Japan Tobacco International) before moving most recently to pharma firm GSK, where he was Insight Lead across Northern Europe. In his new role, he will focus on driving business impact with clients, including brand planning and strategy development.

Akinlabi joins as an Analytics Consultant after working at the BBC and British Land; while Frost takes the role of Trainee Analytics Executive, with a first class Masters in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Nottingham.
