Creativeland Asia Hires Consumer Intelligence Unit CEO

In India, brand communications, advertising and design firm Creativeland Asia (CLA) has appointed long-time Kantar exec Shalini Sinha as Chief Executive Officer of the firm's Consumer Intelligence Unit and Director of Strategy.

Shalini SinhaSinha (pictured) joins Mumbai-headquartered CLA after a 21-year career at the Kantar group, where she latterly served as Commercial Lead for the Creative Division of Kantar South Asia. Before this, she headed up the southern geography for Kantar Millward Brown, and she was Head of Firefly (India), the specialist qual division of Kantar Millward Brown. Earlier, she served as Group Business Director at IMRB.

In her new role, Sinha will help deliver integrated solutions driven by consumer insights. Sajan Raj Kurup, founder and Chairman, Creativeland Asia, comments: 'Given how rapidly consumer truths have changed in recent times, we felt we should make every investment needed to develop the most robust Consumer Insights and Intelligence unit, and I am delighted to introduce Shalini as the CEO, Consumer Intelligence & Director of Strategy.
