Kantar Public Creates Head of Behavioural Insights Role

In Singapore, Kantar Public has hired Chor Mui for the newly created role of Head of Behavioural Insights, Communications and Experience Design.

Chor MuiMui (pictured) joins after serving as Head of Communications Planning APAC at Publicis Media, where she provided leadership in consumer insights and strategic thinking as part of the Business Transformation team. Prior to this, she was Social Media Lead at Asian Development Bank, Strategy Director - Growth Trends and Emerging Markets at McCann, and a Consultant at Booz & Company, where she set up a customer satisfaction tracking system for Air China.

In her new role, Mui will support the delivery of the division's work for government and public sector clients, from research to strategy development, and the integration of behavioural insights with communications and experience design work. Kantar Public's MD Singapore Sandra Lim comments: 'Chor Mui is an all-rounded communications strategist and experience designer. With her academic grounding in public policy and design thinking, in this new role she will offer our clients integrated strategic thinking, innovative ideas and execution grounded in human-centered processes and outcomes'.
