Appinio Hires Partnerships Leader

Hamburg-based research platform provider Appinio has appointed former Cint Vice President Jan Gerspach as VP Strategic Partnerships.

Appinio allows clients to survey specific target groups 'within minutes' via surveys on mobile and other screens, providing feedback from more than 90 markets through a live dashboard.

Gerspach (pictured) worked most recently as VP Central Europe at data marketplace Cint, where he led a 15-strong team. In his new role, reporting to CEO and co-founder Jonathan Kurfess, he will target partnership growth with research institutes, providers of syndicated data and other companies in the MR sector.

Kurfess says of the hire: 'I'm very pleased that we have found the ideal person in Jan to drive our strategic partnerships. In this industry, having strong partnerships based on trust is essential, so having Jan who knows the industry like the back of his hand is invaluable.
