Former Genpact VP Joins Predictive Modeller LatentView

In the US, former Genpact VP Parijat Banerjee has joined predictive modeling specialist LatentView Analytics as Global Business Head for the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector.

LatentView's solutions aim to give a 360-degree view of the digital consumer, through machine learning and AI initiatives for purposes including revenue and product success forecasting, improved customer retention and marketing / investment optimisation. The firm has more than 700 employees at its offices in Princeton, NJ; San Jose, CA; London; Singapore; and Chennai, India.

Banerjee (pictured) joins after fifteen years at business processes management specialist Genpact, where he latterly served as VP, Growth Leader, Sales & Commercial Practice. Prior to this he worked for GE as an FP&A Analyst, CAi Software and Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer.
