IRI Hires DEI Leader

US-based retail data giant IRI has appointed former JP Morgan Chase Co. exec Cecilia Ogude as SVP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

As Firmwide Diversity and Inclusion Program Lead at JPMorgan, Ogude (pictured) supported the development and execution of the global DEO program and strategy; oversaw global employee resources groups and partnered with the firm's HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and senior stakeholders. Prior to this she drove global HR Technology efforts for Dentsu Aegis Network, andshe started her career in management consulting with Accenture and McKinsey & Co. Ogude holds a dual degree in mathematics from New York University and electrical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey.

In her new role, she will partner with IRI leadership across the global organization to facilitate the development, implementation and continuous evolution of its DEI strategy, initiatives, programs, tools and resources.
