GroupM's Newland Joins Annalect in Data Lead Role

OMG's analytics, data and tech agency Annalect has hired GroupM's Liesa Newland for the new role of Head of Data Infrastructure and Integration, covering Australia and New Zealand and starting on September 1st.

Liesa NewlandAnnalect brings together analytics specialists from across Omnicom, and offers services from media analytics, business intelligence and econometric modelling to DSP trading and data management.

Newland (pictured) joined GroupM in January 2017 as Data & Intelligence Director and two years later was promoted to Head of Investment Intelligence. Before joining, she co-founded food business Bubs Australia, which launched on the ASX - and where she worked for eleven years.

In her new role she will help deliver Annalect's vision and steer investment in data, tech and analytics.
