Nature Hires in Sydney, Melbourne and NZ

Australia-based strategic insights consultancy Nature has added nine new staff, following strong growth in the last year.

Vicky Illingworth, Jonny Wall and Luke Crellin join in Sydney; 'Manda Le, Darren Charles, Alex Fulton, Nick Harwood and Georgia Gale in Melbourne; and Alex Coningham in New Zealand.

The new arrivals bring the Sydney team to seven. Two come from Fiftyfive5: Illingworth joins as an AD leading a number of large existing and recently-won accounts, and has experience in finance, NGOs, FMCG and pharmaceuticals; and Wall takes the role of a Senior Consultant having previously worked at Ipsos and Added Value in the UK and Research Partnership in Singapore. Crellin brings his brand tracking and creative evaluation experience from Kantar to his Consultant's role.

In Melbourne, Le brings fifteen years' experience of the retail and FMCG sectors, most recently from Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, to her new job as an AD. She has strong client-side experience and will bolster Nature's FMCG sector expertise. Charles takes the role of Senior Analyst in the Analytics Team, after several years as a client manager in Kantar's analytics practice. Bringing expertise in data visualisation and machine learning, he will work closely with Senior Partner Peter Stuchbery and Senior Associate Director Scott Watson to enhance the agency's integration of insights into client organisations. Fulton joins as a Senior Consultant, from T-Garage. Harwood joins as a Project Manager, following five years in research operations at Forethought, and will work closely with Director Sharon Spargo to drive operational improvements across the business. Gale moves from a part-time Graduate role in the Melbourne office to a full-time Consultant role.

Nature Partner and Melbourne Managing Director Justin Connally says the diversity of the latest hires in terms of skill set and experience 'really rounds out the team' in the city.

In Wellington, New Zealand, Coningham re-joins Nature after a year living abroad and will work alongside Ingrid Schluter.
