CX Consultancy Envoy Hires for North America Growth

Customer experience (CX) consultancy Envoy has appointed Caroline Murphy as Chief Growth Officer for North America, based in Toronto, Canada.

Caroline MurphyHeadquartered in Irvine, California, Envoy also has offices in San Diego and Chicago. The firm employs a team of strategists, designers and technologists who support clients' brand building, eCommerce and digital products initiatives. Murphy (pictured) joins with more than two decades of integrated marketing communications experience at the global, national and local levels. She previously served as VP, Strategic Growth at experience design and digital marketing agency Huge, before which she worked at agencies McCann Worldgroup, Mosaic, DDB, and Harbinger Communications.

In her new role, Murphy will oversee all communications and new business development for Envoy across North America, managing new business and partnerships teams while providing strategic communications counsel to the agency's top clients. Before joining Envoy, she served as VP, Strategic Growth at global agency Huge, an experience design and digital marketing specialist. Previous agency experience includes McCann Worldgroup, Mosaic, DDB, and Harbinger Communications.
