StoryFit Names Head of Research & Strategy

AI-based entertainment industry insights firm StoryFit has appointed former 20th Century Fox researcher Marina Kosten as Head of Research & Strategy.

Marina KostenDuring more than a decade at the broadcaster Kosten (pictured) served as VP of Consumer Research for 20th Century Fox International, leading research to guide the release of films and franchises such as X-Men, Die Hard, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Martian and Ice Age in top 15 global markets. Earlier she worked at games software firm Activision-Blizzard, on global consumer insights for the Guitar Hero and Call of Duty game franchises, as well as the company's portfolio of licensed products; and before this she worked as a social researcher at several global research organizations.

Kosten, who has a background in psychology, is currently a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Digital Future at USC Annenberg, advising on trends in digital marketing, entertainment, business strategy, technology, communications and policy-making.
