Basis Social Adds Three to London Team

In London, Basis Research's new social practice has appointed Ingrid Broch-Due as Associate Director, Connie Flude as Innovation Lead, and Elena Antoniades as Operations Director.

Ingrid Broch-Due, Connie Flude and Elena AntoniadesFounded in January, Basis Social helps clients shape public policy, communications and services, and has now doubled its team to six people. Broch-Due joins after four years at the Behavioural Insights Team, where she latterly served as a Research Advisor. In this role, she led exploratory and evaluative user research on more than ten projects for digital product development, financial capability and inclusion, online data privacy and choice, and research with vulnerable populations.

Flude was previously a Project Director at The Good Side, before which she worked for Kantar Public as Research Manager, having begun her career as a Qualitative Researcher at ESRO. Antoniades most recently worked for Ipsos as Associate Director of Project Management, and earlier was a Global Project Manager at Kantar.
