Senior Hires for Fieldwork Firm Rep Data

Full-service quant data collection firm Rep Data has added director-level executives to its team: Clark Clement as Director of Client Services and Sophie Martinez as Director of Finance and Accounting.

Rep Data says its mission is 'to be a reliable, repeatable data collection partner' for market research agencies, management consultancies, Fortune 500 corporations, ad and PR agencies, universities and other clients. The firm says it has expanded its team by 'more than 500% over the past year and a half'.

Clement (pictured left) joins after holding similar client services positions at a wide range of companies including FocusVision and Research Now SSI (now Dynata). In his new role he will use his experience in building service teams, bolstering team culture and improving operational efficiencies to oversee the planning, development and management of client projects, while optimizing internal collaboration.

Martinez (right) previously held management positions with companies such as Lucid, Iberiabank and Goldman Sachs, and brings experience in areas including banking, general finance and compliance audits surrounding privacy regulations. In her new role she will work to ensure the short and long term fiscal health of the company, while overseeing daily financial activities.
