CX Consultancy Envoy Names Chicago Office MD

Customer experience consultancy Envoy has appointed Jeff Brecker as Managing Director of its Chicago office.

The firm, which is headquartered in Irvine, California and also has an office in San Diego, employs a team of strategists, designers and technologists who support clients' brand building, eCommerce and digital products initiatives. Brecker (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience, building and operating marketing organizations. Most recently, he was CMO at Native Voice, having previously worked for Kimberly-Clark as VP, Global Creative, Design and Content; and served as SVP, MD at Interpublic-owned digital agency R/GA, where he led the global Brand AI practice.

In his new position, Brecker will be responsible for the company's Chicago team of 25, working across brand innovation, digital transformation and growth acceleration.
