Kantar Public Adds Three to DC Development Practice

Kantar Public has added three execs to its Development practice in Washington DC - Amy Kracker-Selzer as Vice President of Technical Leadership; Gael O'Sullivan as Social and Behavior Change Director; and Anshikka Singh Larsson as Director of New Program and Business Development.

Amy Kracker-Selzer, Gael O'Sullivan and Anshikka Singh LarssonEstablished in 2016, Kantar Public offers evidence and advisory services for the delivery of public policy, services and communications. Its Development practice works in partnership with governments and development organizations seeking to tackle complex development challenges from health, sanitation and education to agriculture, market systems and gender equality.

Kracker-Selzer has more than fifteen years' experience in international development and joins after eight at the American Research Institute/IMPAQ, where she served as MD of its International Development division; having previously worked in academia and begun her career at Nielsen. O'Sullivan is a social and behavior change thought leader with more than 30 years' experience of applying health communication, advocacy, and marketing skills to projects for the US Agency for International Development, the World Bank, the National Cancer Institute, and private foundations. Most recently, she worked at Abt Associates, designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to shift social norms and individual behavior change. Finally, Singh Larsson joins from International Business & Technical Consultants (IBTCI), where she led and implemented new business development strategies. She has more than ten years' experience in business and program development within both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
