Kinnect Launches India CX Practice

In India, digital media agency Kinnect has launched a Customer Experience practice, and appointed Bharatesh Salian to lead it as SVP - Marketing Science and CX.

Bharatesh SalianMumbai-based Kinnect is a full-service digital agency offering analytics and marketing intelligence, acquisition marketing, digital experience, and search engine and app store optimisation services. The firm's new practice, Kinnect CX, will bring together nearly 100 of its creative, media and technology execs across various locations.

In addition, Kinnect CX will provide eCommerce and order management solutions, CRM, loyalty and first-party data management programs. Deployment of a usability testing lab is in the works, and will be operational by 2023.

Salian (pictured) joins with more than 22 years' digital media and CX experience. Most recently, he was Branch Head at MRM, and before this he worked for Digitas as SVP - West; as VP and National Head of Strategy at Razorfish; and as Chief Strategy Officer at VivaConnect. Earlier he was Head of Omnicom Media Group's Mobile Strategy and Project Implementation division.

Commenting on the launch Kinnect CEO Rohan Mehta said: 'Kinnect has strong partnerships with brands across experience design, CRM and data delivery, but what we realised is it could be more effective together - with the client, at new business, in sharing best practices and unlocking new doors.
