kubi kalloo Hires Former Pernod Ricard Exec Milliken

In London, insights and planning agency kubi kalloo has appointed former Pernod Ricard consumer planning exec Dale Milliken as a Director.

Dale Millikenkubi kalloo is based in Shoreditch, and offers integrated qual and quant insight and strategic planning services to global clients. The firm is currently collaborating with DVL Smith founder David Smith, who previously served as ESOMAR Vice President and MRS Chairman, and has designed and is leading kubi kalloo's newly launched Graduate Boot Camp training programme.

Milliken (pictured) joins the business after both agency and client-side roles. Most recently, he worked for Pernod Ricard, latterly as Senior Manager, Strategic Consumer Planning for the group's single malts brand portfolio, with responsibility for seeking out early scotch whisky innovation. In 2020, he received two awards for his cultural insights and semiotics work relating to scotch whisky: the Aura Insight Impact award and the MRS Virginia Valentine award for Cultural Insight. Earlier in his career, Milliken served as Business Partner, Global Insights & Strategy for Unilever; and he was a Senior Planner at consumer insight and brand strategy specialist Sparkler (sold to PA Consulting in 2018).
