Alida Hires CMO

In Canada, customer intelligence specialist Alida has appointed Mary Kay Evans as Chief Marketing Officer, to drive the company's overall marketing strategy and partner with the exec team to steer the company's next phase of growth.

Mary Kay EvansFormerly known as Vision Critical, Alida launched the 'world's first' combined customer experience management (CXM) and insights platform in 2020, and now describes its offer as Total Experience Management (TXM). Evans (pictured) joins from talent matching platform Pymetrics, where she served as CMO, before which she was CMO for Verizon Digital Media, and she co-founded Radi8 Creative, a full-service marketing agency.
