TRA Transfers Hall to Build New Sydney Office

New Zealand-based insights agency TRA Group (The Research Agency) has opened an office in Sydney, Australia, and is transferring Terri Hall to it in the role of Managing Partner. She takes up the post on 1st April, and reports to MD and founder Andrew Lewis.

Auckland-based TRA, which opened its first Australian office in Melbourne last year, offers a range of services including research, strategy, behavioural science, cultural analysis, data and analytics, design and new venture development. Hall (pictured) joined as a Business Director in New Zealand in 2018, and more recently served as Head of Client Services. Before this she spent more than six years at Kantar TNS in Sydney, latterly as Client Service Director.

In her new role, Hall's remit will be to build the Sydney business, and appoint a team of research and insight specialists to service cross-category brands. Lewis comments: 'Expanding our Australian operations and opening an office in Sydney will allow us to deliver our proven capability that has resonated so well in New Zealand and Melbourne. Appointing Terri to lead Sydney and grow the team was an easy decision.
