Senior Hire for B2B VoC Specialist CustomerGauge

B2B Account Experience and VoC software firm CustomerGauge has appointed Confirmit veteran Tim Hannington as Chief Revenue Officer.

Senior Hire for B2B VoC Specialist CustomerGaugeCustomerGauge develops B2B feedback software which it says is 'built from the ground up to cater to the more complex B2B account environment'. Its Account Experience solution collects feedback and churn signals at the account level and distributes this information in real time to front-line employees to help retain and grow accounts. It also links account metrics and sentiment directly to revenue to help monitor and understand ROI.

Based near London, Hannington brings more than 25 years of sales experience, sixteen of them at Confirmit (now merged into Forsta) as EVP Sales EMEA and Asia Pacific and more recently CRO. In his new role he will oversee the company's revenue-generating teams and next-phase growth strategies. Prior to his sales career he qualified as a Mechanical & Production Engineer, working in the high precision Aerospace industry.
