Two Hires for Fast-Growing Omnisis

Manchester, UK-based market research and MR support agency Omnisis has announced two senior hires to support rapid growth: Stephen Ward joins as an Operations Consultant and Sabrina Holland as a Senior Data Analyst.

Sabrina Holland and Stephen WardThe firm, which has developed its own survey software, 'Warp', says it has grown from 12 to 17 members of staff and increased turnover by 134 percent within the last two years.

Ward has almost thirty years' experience in MR, and joins after a five-and-a-half year spell at Watermelon Research. He began his career doing data entry for Scantel International and then moved to London to work for TNS; and lived and worked in Dublin for a decade after TNS bought the Market Research Bureau of Ireland (MRBI) - which later became part of Ipsos. In 2012 he moved back to London to join financial sector specialist Ledbury Research and then WealthX, working with luxury brands, private banks, and wealth and investment managers of HNW individuals, moving to Watermelon in 2017.

Holland has spent the last eight and a half years at Launchpad Research, initially as a Research Assistant and then as Data Executive and Data Manager, growing the data team from one person to four. Before moving into MR she worked as a Rehabilitation Support Worker, helping people with neurological conditions and brain injury.
