UNLIMITED Hires Government Sector Managing Partner

July 13 2022

In London, insight-led integrated agency group UNLIMITED has appointed Elinor Jones as Managing Partner, to cover all government accounts, with a seat on TMW UNLIMITED's leadership team.

Elinor JonesUNLIMITED comprises four divisions: marketing, communications, insight and analytics, supported by its Human Understanding Lab, which focuses on the use of behaviour-led science in driving client performance. Earlier this year, the group launched an insights platform called LUCA, which it says automates the gathering and analysis of digital data sources to deliver human understanding for brands.

Jones (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' industry experience, half of which was spent in the public sector. Most recently, she served as Deputy Director, Strategic Communications, Data and Insight at the Department of Business and Energy and Industrial Strategy. Before joining the civil service, she worked at Ogilvy as Managing Partner (Head of Government), she delivered brand and programme comms at the BBC, and she held senior roles at Red Bee Media, DDB, and dfgw.

Jones says that the Human Understanding Lab has just the type of insight, data, and neuro needed to develop behavioural change campaigns for the government. Tim Bonnet, President of UNLIMITED, adds: 'Elinor's experience with GCS (Government Communication Service) means she not only understands Whitehall stakeholders but also has an acute sense of how government campaigns fit into the wider news agenda. She is a highly talented individual and with her on our team, we can bring even more world-class behaviour change expertise to reaching and change the behaviour of audiences across the UK and those that are harder to reach.'
