Three Hires, Three Promotions at InsightsNow

Behavioral research firm InsightsNow has announced three hires - Lachlan McKimm, JongUn Jimmy Park and Mig Torres - and three promotions.

The firm uses custom solutions and DIY tools based on proprietary behavioral frameworks to support clients' marketing, branding and product development decisions; and recently opened an Innovation Center giving clients access to consumer reports, proprietary behavioral scores and research methods.

McKimm joins the Research and Innovation team as an Insights Analyst. He recently graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, and minors in International Business, and Arts, Literature and Philosophy.

Park, a graduate in Marketing from Oregon State University, joins as Marketing Operations Manager, with strong experience in digital marketing and planning, specializing in working horizontally across organizations to lead and inspire teams.

Torres joins the Operations team as a Project Director, bringing experience from roles in digital communications and sales analytics, and an MA in Communication and Media Studies from Northeastern Illinois University.

Merva Morina has been promoted to Research Director on InsightsNow's Research and Innovation team, from the operations team, and Julia Quante has been promoted to Senior Research Director. Michelle Pretto leaves the research teams for the marketing team as a Specialist.
