KM Firm Yext Appoints Global Marketing Chief

New York-based knowledge management firm Yext has appointed Raianne Reiss as CMO, leading an ambitious growth plan and reporting directly to President and COO Marc Ferrentino.

Raianne ReissYext, which styles itself 'The Answers Company', provides a platform collecting and organizing a company's content into a Knowledge Graph, then pulls answers from it to questions posed by customers, employees and partners, using a set of tools including Listings, Pages, Reviews, and Search. The firm has offices in the US and Europe.

Reiss (pictured) joins with more than twenty years of global technology marketing experience, and will serve on the company's leadership team. She worked previously at Elastic, and before this at Amazon Web Services where she was Head of Americas Marketing, leading and developing marketing strategy across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Earlier she worked at Juniper Networks, Tellabs and 3Com. In her new role she will oversee Yext's global marketing organization as well as taking charge of building and strengthening its brand and helping increase global demand for its solutions.
