Raft of C-Suite Hires for PC Dreamscape

Marketing tech business PC Dreamscape had added four to its leadership team: Dmitri Zolotkovsky as CFO, Dave Hogan as CTO, Rose Zory as CHRO and Harmon Lyons as EVP and General Manager.

Dreamscape was formed in 2020 by private equity firm GTCR and former Integral Ad Science execs Scott Knoll, David Hahn and Michael Iantosca. The firm acquired ad analytics and media planning company SQAD in April this year and took a stake in ad intelligence company Standard Media Index (SMI) in June.

Zolotkovsky previously spent four years as CFO of OpenSlate, which was acquired by DoubleVerify in November 2021; and worked earlier in leading finance roles at software and AdTech companies including JW Player and AdoTube, a division of Exponential Interactive.

Hogan has spent the last four years at Imagine Communications, most recently as SVP Global Research and Development - AdTech and Playout. Earlier he worked at Mediaocean as SVP Research and Development.

Zory will lead the development and scaling of Dreamscape's HR function, and brings experience of growing and transforming ad tech and martech organizations including Integral Ad Science, Dentsu, Digitas and Publicis.

Lyons will lead strategy for the firm's global data business. He joins with more than two dozen years of experience in global advertising and business development, most recently from a VP/GM role at TransUnion, leading GTM strategy for the marketing solutions business. Earlier in his career he worked at Integral Ad Science, Omnicom and Microsoft.
