super{set} Names Chief Commercial Officer

US-based super{set}, which founds and builds data-driven software companies, has appointed former Salesforce exec Jon Suarez-Davis (JSD) as Chief Commercial Officer, leading market strategy and development for the group's portfolio of companies.

San Francisco-based super{set} builds companies and products to solve data-related business problems. Since 2019, it has launched dozens of companies including clean room software developer Habu, data-driven employee engagement platform Eskalera, B2C online data specialist Spectrum Labs, customer feedback insights platform Sturdy, and go-to-market data firm Intelligence Hub. The group says it is actively looking for co-founders and employees to join further companies.

Suarez-Davis (pictured) joins after nearly six years at Salesforce, where he latterly served as SVP, Marketing Strategy & Innovation, helping develop technology solutions for connected, personalized and real-time brand experiences across channels and throughout the customer journey, at scale. Earlier he was Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Krux Digital, the second company founded by super{set} founders Tom Chavez and Vivek Vaidya, later acquired by Salesforce. During his career he also worked for the Kellogg Company as VP, Global Media & Digital Strategy; and he was SVP, Digital Strategy and Planning, Multi-National Accounts at Leo Burnett and Starcom.
