Delineate Creates Cymru Development Director Role

November 30 2022

UK-based insights and data firm Delineate has moved Ché Mainwaring into the newly created role of Cymru Development Director, responsible for leading and coordinating the further expansion of the firm's technology and operations centre in Wales.

Che MainwaringDelineate promises clients 'live, accurate and actionable' brand and campaign tracking data to keep them in touch with their customers. The firm's Proximity platform accesses consumers in more than 130 countries, delivering real time survey data via dashboards and APIs.

Mainwaring (pictured) joined in early 2020 as Operations Director, based in the company's operations centre in Newcastle Emlyn, West Wales, and he most recently served as the company's Chief of Staff. Prior to this, he ran his own consultancy, CM Retail Solutions, and he was National Head of Retail at Parkdean Resorts.

Mainwaring is now also tasked with helping with the expansion of the operations centre, which supports the company's recruitment, training and technology infrastructure in the region. The team now comprises more than twenty employees, and Mainwaring's role will also allow the business to increase its focus on both the training and retention of its existing team, and attracting and nurturing new talent in the local area.

CEO Ben Leet comments: 'Creating this strategic role will allow Delineate to accelerate our growth in the region even more quickly, especially with support from the Welsh Government, local councils and universities. We could not be more delighted that Ché has taken on this role.'
