Ipsos Appoints COO and Chief People Officer

Ipsos has announced two appointments to its global Executive Committee: Valerie Vezinhet as Chief People Officer and Michel Guidi as Chief Operating Officer.

Valerie Vezinhet and Michel GuidiVezinhet (pictured above) will work closely with CEO Ben Page and the Executive Committee to support the global group's 2025 Growth Plan, with a focus on leadership development and behaviour, employee experience and 'all-round HR excellence'. She joins from consultancy PWC where she was Head of Human Capital France & Francophone Africa for the last five years; and earlier worked at Accenture, helping to set up and support its Avanade JV with Microsoft, and at SAP where from 2011 she was HR Leader in France and then Northern Europe, supporting business transformation.

Guidi (pictured below) will oversee Ipsos' technology platform, all operations and data collection, with a focus on implementing a digital strategy to support the business, enhancing client delivery and operations performance through increased speed and efficiency. A graduate of ESSEC, he brings 23 years of insights industry experience, seventeen of them at Dynata (and predecessor companies Bloomerce and SSI), leading international expansion as MD International, and in senior roles in ops, product and innovation. Earlier he was VP Operations at data collection pioneer Ciao.
