The ARF's Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement has appointed former GroupM and MediaPost journalist and marketer Tameka Kee as Deputy Managing Director.

Tameka KeeThe CIMM was formed in 2009 with the aim of funding new research into cross-platform and TV set-top box measurement, and in 2018 became part of the ARF. A month ago it announced it would be launching five new Working Groups to support its mission promoting innovation in media measurement, metrics and data.

Kee (pictured) joins with nearly two decades of ad industry experience. She worked initially as a Research Assistant at GroupM's Mediaedge:CIA, then joined online publication MediaPost as a reporter. She was Head of Content Strategy at AdMonsters; VP, Content & Strategy at Wise Public Relations; and Director, Marketing and Content Strategy at The Rubicon Project (now Magnite). In her new role she reports to CIMM Managing Director Jon Watts, and will focus on the organisation's membership, events and marketing strategy. Watts says the Coalition has expanded its mission, membership base and program in the past year and notes: 'To continue this momentum in 2023, Tameka is coming onboard, bringing an impressive track record of program leadership across content, marketing and events, and stakeholder management in ad tech. I am confident that she will play a crucial role in supporting CIMM as we continue to grow and develop our program'.
