Thinks Insight & Strategy Hires and Promotes in London

In London, Thinks Insight & Strategy (previously known as BritainThinks) has made four appointments, including Gabrielle Ferdinand as Research Lead. The firm has also promoted five members of its team.

Gabrielle FerdinandEmployee-owned Thinks Insight & Strategy offers clients worldwide strategic insight, communications development, engagement, and behavioural insight and advisory services. Ferdinand (pictured) previously worked at youth and engagement agency Beatfreaks as Project Manager and primary researcher, responsible for developing research methods, overseeing data collection, analysing all data, and generating insight reports for both government agencies and private sector clients. She has also worked as a freelance culture and communications researcher and report writer.

In addition, John Corbey has been named Head of Design, having previously produced creative training programmes in advertising and design; and Sarah Canning and Emily Melling join in the role of Research Executive - Canning from IDEO, and Melling from Ipsos Mori. Separately, Jennifer Summers has been promoted to Research Director; Loulwa Al Rasheed-Wright to Associate Director; and Isabelle Evans, Alex Howard-Wyse and Michael Keating to Senior Research Executive.
