Four Join Foresight Strategy

In Minneapolis, USA, consultancy firm Foresight Strategy has recently appointed Jason Yoraway as Talent Acquisition Lead, following the hires of Lucia Madero, Jason Woodson and Colleen Fernandez earlier in the year.

Foresight also has offices in London, New York, Denver, CO, and Washington, DC. The firm prides itself on solving 'tough problems' for clients, designing custom solutions to help them make data-driven decisions to shape the future of their brands.

Yoraway (pictured) brings more than twenty years' expertise in providing full-cycle talent acquisition services, recruiting best practices and operational solutions. He has worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at firms including united Health Group, Opendoor, healthcare firm Abbott and Inspire Medical Systems, and brings skills in technical and full cycle recruiting.

Madero and Woodson join as Senior Associates. Madero recently completed an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, while Woodson spent three years at KPMG in securitization roles. Fernandez takes the role of Office and Admin Associate.
