Ringer Sciences Hires EVP Analytics AI and Strategy

In the US, analytics and data science firm Ringer Sciences has hired David Armano for a newly created position, Executive Vice President, Analytics AI and Strategy. Armano will also work on projects for the Next Practices Group (NPG) collective of firms, of which Ringer is a member.

David ArmanoAustin, Texas-based Ringer provides consulting services backed by proprietary AI-enabled technology, as well as services to help clients develop their own AI solutions. Armano (pictured) joins from AI avatar technology platform Soul Machines, where he most recently served as Senior Director of Marketing. Prior to this he spent more than a decade at PR/comms agency network Edelman, latterly helping set up employee advocacy and engagement platform Dynamic Signal; and he held roles at Digitas, Critical Mass and Agency.com.

In his new position, Armano will lead productization and commercial strategy for the firm's suite of AI-backed analytics, communications and marketing offerings, working closely with Christine Walsh, Director of Data Science and Garrett Bond, Senior Director of Analytics. Armano will also work across the data science, analytics and AI solutions that are being created by all NPG firms as part of an initiative called 'Firehose.ai'.
