PSB Promotes for Lead Marketing Role

April 9 2024

Washington, DC-based research consultancy PSB Insights has promoted Colleen McCauley to SVP of Marketing, serving on the firm's Executive Team and working directly with CEO Dave Gordon.

Colleen McCauleyOriginally Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates, PSB (now known as PSB Insights) was acquired by WPP in 2001 and provides research-based consultancy to help corporate, entertainment and political clients hone their messaging and communications strategies. The firm now employs more than a hundred researchers, analysts and data scientists.

McCauley (pictured) has spent more than ten years at the company, and previously worked at Kelton (now Material+) and for the Office of Information at the Department of Veterans Affairs where she helped lead a customer satisfaction program. From her research and analytics roles she has 'deep qualitative experience', the firm says, and has 'learnt the nuances of storytelling from former journalists, anthropologists, and presidential advisors', allowing for a smooth transition to the marketing role. She comments: 'I'm so passionate about the work we do at PSB, and excited by our strength in using advanced analytics and immersive qualitative approaches to solve our clients' problems. I look forward to being able to share my passion with a broader audience in the new marketing role'.

'We are thrilled to add such extraordinary talent to our executive team', says Gordon. 'Colleen has been a huge contributor to PSB during her many years with our company, and we are excited to have her lead our Marketing efforts... Her knowledge of our category's evolution and her passion for communication will be a major asset to PSB'.
