New Ops Manager for Melbourne's TKW

Independent Australian MR firm TKW Research has appointed Gareth Clark as Operations Manager, starting in June.

Melbourne-based TKW provides data collection, polling and research for B2C, B2B and healthcare projects. The firm boasts call centres in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, and over the years has acquired and integrated a number of Australia's data collection providers including Surveytalk, J&S Research, Field Works, and mystery shopping firm Retail Reality.

Clark brings more than two decades' experience leading large-scale CATI and mixed-method data-collection teams in Australia and New Zealand, most recently from data collection and analysis specialist NFS (National Field Services) where he was a Director. In his new role he will oversee day-to-day activities and drive efficiencies across TKW's fieldwork operations.
