TestSet Buys Shift Insight UK Healthcare Panel

ACKWEST subsidiary TestSet has acquired the Medical and Healthcare Panel from Shift Insight Ltd, boosting both its healthcare expert network and its presence in the UK market.

MR industry veterans Hugh Davis and Keith Price launched ACKWEST two and a half years ago by, as a holding company for tech-driven consumer insights and marketing services firms. The company invested in first party data specialist TestSet almost immediately, helped it to launch its services in Europe, and has already strengthened it with the acquisition of Precision Sample, which is now absorbed into TestSet.

The latest buy gives clients expanded access to healthcare professionals in the UK, with 'broader reach, more precise targeting, and consistently high-quality data.' TestSet says Shift Insight's emphasis on 'careful recruitment and long-term participant engagement' will be carried forward in its new home.
