Behaviorally Promotes Cousot to CPTO
US-headquartered Behaviorally has promoted Thibault Cousot to Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). He has served as SVP, Head of Product since joining the company in August 2023. The firm has also promoted Remi Denoyer, Frederick Lim, Matthew Bari, Rebecca Bruckstein and Karina Hall.
Behaviorally provides what it calls 'Decision Precision intelligence', by studying consumer behavior in the final, decisive moments of the path-to-purchase. Backed by what it says it 'the world's largest' database of behavioral consumer pack design metrics, the company offers a packaging insights platform called GLADYS; and a dedicated pack design intelligence platform called myBehaviorally, launched a year ago.
In combining Product and Tech under a single C-Suite role, the company contributes to a growing trend in this and other sectors, joining the likes of Pureprofile, System1 and - just this week - Dynata.
Thibault has led product development efforts for three years - including these new measures and the integration of AI across the product stack. He will now expand this role, with a focus on building out the company's connected system of behavioral data, predictive AI and products guiding clients through all stages from the first package design to the purchase transaction.
Recognising contributions to clients and to company growth, the firm has also promoted Denoyer to Lead Data Scientist; Lim to Head of Digital Trust, Quality, and Process Excellence; Bari to Finance Manager; and Bruckstein and Hall to Insights Analyst.
CEO Alex Hunt says Cousot has been instrumental in delivering the company's tech-led product strategy, and comments: 'Bringing product and technology together under his leadership is the natural next step as we build out the decision infrastructure our clients increasingly rely on to win at shelf.'
