New Asian Partnership

ViewsCast Limited is partnering with Asia Market Intelligence (AMI), one of Asia's leading market research groups. Through the alliance, AMI will offer ViewsCast's innovative market research solution to its customers and prospects, in order to provide a live, quantifiable customer feedback mechanism that contributes directly to customer retention.

The system works by consumers using their telephone keypads to respond to questions in the automated survey. Callers are either redirected from a call centre via automatic speed dial or respond to an advertised number, for instance on money off vouchers or till receipts. The applications are wide ranging from conference centres and call centres to restaurant chains and human resources. The system is offered as a managed service with AMI conducting all the set up and programming so impact is minimised on client operations.

ViewsCast uses proprietary phone and web technology to capture customer insights at the point of contact - "moment of truth" feedback. ViewsCast is unique as "live" results can be analysed and downloaded via a web browser enabling clients to monitor the issues that matter at the moment, rather than last month's recollections. By being available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ViewsCast will allow for larger sample sizes and at a substantially lower cost than existing market research methods.
