Financial Performance of Forrester Posted

Forrester Research has now reported its third quarter 2001 revenue, posted as a total of USD34.4 million, compared with USD40.1 million in the same quarter last year.

For the third quarter of 2001, the official value of Forrester's core research and advisory services has been billed as USD133.0 million, compared with USD167.5 million in the third quarter of 2000.

Overall, for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2001, Forrester has reported revenues of USD124.5 million, compared with USD109.2 million for the same period one year ago. Pro forma net income for the first nine months of 2001, excluding the one-time charge mentioned above, was USD15.2 million, compared with net income of USD14.3 million for the same period last year.

Forrester's predictions for the full year financial performance have now been revised in the light of these financials. The company expects to report total revenues of approximately USD158.0 million to USD160.0 million, with an operating margin of approximately 14% to 15%.
