Global Online Panel Upgraded by NetValue

November 13 2001

NetValue has announced some recent improvements to its existing Internet User panel, boosting the number of its respondents to roughly 1.5 million worldwide. This has resulted from the company's move away from measuring just home Internet usage alone to measuring all home, work and university Internet users.

In consequence, NetValue's newly formulated mega-panel of 1.5 million is now reported as incorporating a more truly representative cross-section of global Internet users.

Monitoring can encompass all manner of secured activities on every relevant site, including most known e-commerce transactions. NetValue's service can also connect online and offline behavioural analysis, as well as client-specific online surveys.

According to NetValue's CEO Lennart Brag, "NetValue is the market leader for technological innovation, and we can now offer new types of marketing intelligence as a result of our increased panel size and new work and university capabilities. With the market narrowed down to two competitors, NetValue faces a great opportunity in the audience market in Europe, as well as in the US, through our partnership with comScore."
