New Consultancy Division at Pro Active

December 12 2001

Pro Active International has recently launched its new consultancy branch - Pro Active Consultancy - and appointed Jeroen Rietberg as Director.

Pro Active Consultancy will provide support to companies by delivering customer knowledge and then integrating this knowledge into their strategies. Pro Active Consultancy currently services PTT Post, the European Commission, MSN EMEA, the Dutch government, Endemol Entertainment and Coca Cola.

Jeroen Rietberg, Director Pro Active Consultancy, commented on the launch 'The Internet is changing the behaviour and expectations of customers at high speed. There is a shift of power towards the customer, who immediately plays a more important role in the development of strategies. Nowadays, companies realise the Internet is here to stay, and they want to know how they can implement the Internet into their communication strategy. Dot.com is dead....long live the Internet! The European market just started with an integrated approach of the Internet. The real revolution is taking place at this right moment! That is why we aim at traditional companies and Governments, that are right in the middle of these integration processes and need no-nonsense support.'

Jeroen Rietberg previously worked as Strategic Advisor at Randstad Europe, where he advised the board on its international multi-channel strategy. Before that he worked in Strategical Marketing and Business Development for multinational P&O.

Liesbeth Hop, President Pro Active International added 'Our customers indicated the need for a combination of strategical consultancy and research, which centralises their customers. The Internet offers the opportunity to automate customer relationships, which raises the question which channels companies should use for which part of the business process.'
