New Appointment in Nebu Expansion Plan

As of the 1st of April, Erik Reissenweber has joined software business Nebu as Customer Care Manager as the agency pursues its expansion plans.

Erik's key roles within the organisation are to improve Communications and Customer Relations and to further develop the NEBU Web Bureau and Services Divisions.

Prior to joining NEBU, Erik worked for approximately 5 years with Intomart in the Netherlands, initially starting as a market researcher and progressing to set up the Web Office and becoming manager of the unit. His key roles were implementation of online research, automation and management of respondent databases and the marketing of online research.

According to Erik, 'NEBU's software has 'matured' quite considerably within the last year, but communication with our clients is a little behind these developments. I think I can help existing clients using the software in a more advanced way and help our software developments (user-friendly - customer friendly) during the coming years and make NEBU one of the main players worldwide.'
