New Online CATI from Itracks

July 22 2002

Online data collection agency Itracks has launched its new Online Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) service allowing the company to seamlessly integrate online and telephone interviewing, which will enable the client to watch survey participation online in real-time. Itracks clients will have a range of survey data collection options, from phone to web to a hybrid approach.

'What is really exciting about this service is the speed with which market researchers can realize their data,' said Doug Bates, Itracks Executive Vice President of Production. 'The turn-around time for traditional CATI service has meant you had to wait up to a week or more for your telephone results. Itracks gives you the opportunity to access real-time reporting and instant data downloads at any point in the process, so you never have to wait to get the quality raw data you need.'

All types and all complexities of survey design can be accommodated and surveys are hosted on Itracks secure server system. The real-time reporting facility gives clients access to report-ready charts and graphs at a touch of the button.
