Appointments at Nunwood

March 5 2003

Nunwood Consulting in the UK has recently made a number of appointments. Firstly the agency has consolidated its position as a leading provider of youth research services, with the appointment of child specialist researcher Rachel Featherstone. Also, Sarah Davey has been appointed as the first ever Associate Director for Business Development to lead the organisation's business development strategy and take responsibility for the marketing and PR for the agency.

Rachel, who joins Nunwood as a Qualitative Project Manager, will build on Nunwood's established expertise in this sector to develop the agency's provision of a specialist child research service available to commercial and public sector clients. Rachel, who studied developmental psychology at York University, previously spent three years training as a child specialist researcher at RDSi, where she was part of a dedicated kids' research team, working with children aged from 5-16 years across a range of FMCG and retail brands.

Sarah's appointment follows a year of exponential growth for Nunwood; business increased by 50% in 2002, bringing the company's turnover to in excess of £2 million.

Sarah joins Nunwood from her previous role as Category Market Research Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, where she was responsible for global market research for well known brands such as Lemsip, Disprin, Bonjela, Dettol and Dettox. Prior to that, Sarah has also worked for Boots the Chemist and Millward Brown.
