Square One and Itracks Announce Alliance

Under the umbrella of Itracks' Partners in Research programme, Square One Research, a full service market research firm specialising in technology products and services, has announced a strategic partnership agreement with Itracks, to focus on website usability testing.

Square One Research will use Itracks' Online Usability to provide online website usability testing to Fortune 500 companies. 'Until now, no website testing tool used online rivaled our offline approach,' said Jonathan Schneider, Square One Research's co-founder and Research Director. 'Itracks' has offered us a flexible online option that meets our needs as usability and research professionals. It will change the way we approach many assignments.'

Itracks' Online Usability is an innovative application that allows website testing to be conducted completely online. Research participants take part over the Internet from where they normally access the Web. These real-environment studies are task based so the researcher always knows the participant's intent. The real-time, online reporting facility allows market researchers to view statistics such as click density and click path, as well as qualitative comments collected in Itracks' verbatim capture.
