Praxis Joins WebSurveyEurope 'Club'

January 20 2004

NYC-based Ziment subsidiary WebSurveyEurope has added British healthcare agency Praxis Research & Consulting to its list of partners delivering online surveys among physicians and other healthcare professionals. Praxis will have immediate access to WebSurveyEurope's physician panel for surveys.

WebSurveyEurope claims the world's largest dedicated research panel of physicians in the form of WebSurveyMD and SurveyMedical and is forming additional healthcare panels for nurses and pharmacists. The company is aiming to sign up a maximum of ten top healthcare MR consultancies to an 'exclusive club' and already numbers GfK Aktiengesellschaft, Martin Hamblin/GfK, Psyma and Ziment among members.

Praxis is based in Guildford, Surrey, UK and was formed in 1996. The company provides global research and consultancy services to the Pharmaceutical Industry and includes a number of the industry's global leaders among its client base.

According to Jerry Arbittier, MD of WebSurveyEurope, 'The rapid growth of Praxis and their reputation for doing high quality marketing research makes them a valuable addition to our membership community... We are well on our way to meeting our marketing goal of forming an exclusive group of 10 companies in Europe'.

Praxis Director Caroline Wilson says the agreement 'will allow for larger sample sizes and allow us to obtain more information from respondents. Praxis wants to incorporate this innovative technique into our portfolio of methodologies so that we can remain on the leading edge for our client base'.

More information about the companies is available at www.WebSurveyEurope.com and www.praxisresearch.co.uk
