Synovate Unveils 'True Customer View'

Synovate has launched a new research system offering clients a better understanding of customer experiences, attitudes and behaviours.

Ged PartonThe new solution, 'True Customer View', has been developed to help clients analyse the multiple factors that impact their customers' behaviour - including what the competition is doing as well as any barriers customers may have in buying products or services.

Synovate says this is the only customer experience research system in the marketplace that considers these multiple influences.

Built on the company's brand research tool Brand Value Creator, the new tool directly links to company market share, and has been validated across a number of industries.
