US customer intelligence firm Market Force Information has recruited 300,000 consumers for the launch of its AnswerForce research panel, developed to tap respondent attitudes and brand awareness as well as identify industry trends.

AnswerForce is drawn from the firm's existing base of consumersThe firm offers B2B intelligence to retailers, financial institutions, entertainment studios and CPG companies. It measures store-level operations and customer attitudes through mystery shopping, customer feedback, market audits and merchandising services.
