Innovate Opens in India, Hires and Promotes in US

December 11 2014

On-demand panel and sample company Innovate has opened an office in Gurgaon, India, where it has already hired a number of execs for its operations team. Meanwhile in the US, the firm has appointed former uSamp exec Vanessa Carey, and promoted Amanda Keller and Jason Poyser.

Vanessa CareyInnovate was launched earlier this year by uSamp/goZing founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, and their former colleague George Llorens. With offices in Encino, California, the firm pinpoints global panelists on demand and delivers sample via connected APIs.

Carey (pictured) joins the US head office as Senior Vice President of Global Account Management, having previously served as VP of Global Bid Consulting at uSamp. Llorens comments on the appointment: 'Over the years, Vanessa has worked on thousands of global research projects, and her experience in fulfilling hard-to-reach global audiences is unrivalled. We are honored to have her join our team and we look forward to expanding our global sales footprint with Vanessa's support.'

Innovate has also promoted Amanda Keller to the position of Vice President of Global Client Services, just six months after she joined as Senior Director of Global Project Management and following her involvement in building the Client Services team in both the US and India. Additionally, Jason Poyser has been promoted to Director of Account Management, having also joined the firm earlier in the year from uSamp.

Former uSamp execs Kris Tarbet and Dave Gaston, who previously had overall responsibility for Innovate's US east and west coast sales respectively, have now left the company.
