Nielsen and ResponseTek Launch New CEM Platform

Nielsen has partnered with customer experience management (CEM) software provider ResponseTek to create a solution called the Nielsen Listening Platform, which measures and analyses customer feedback as it happens.

Vishal BaliThe new tool has been developed to measure real-time customer feedback on their interactions with brands and companies, and provide key performance metrics which can be fed across the entire organization. It also promises to manage any necessary corrective actions through automated alerts and workflow management procedures. Benchmarking against competitors is also included.
