MetrixLab Expands UK Client Support Team

Netherlands-based online research and marketing analytics firm MetrixLab has appointed three new client directors at its offices in the UK.

Jon Arthurs, Hilary Gaines and Martin AshThe firm, which merged with Japanese online specialist Macromill last year, offers a range of consumer insights and marketing analytics solutions. Earlier this year, it launched a device agnostic solution called COMPACT, allowing users to analyse packaging designs.

Jon Arthurs and Hilary Gaines join the London office as Senior Client Directors, and Martin Ash as a Client Director. Arthurs previously worked at consumer insight and sensory specialist MMR Research Worldwide as Client Services Director, prior to which he held senior positions at Lieberman Research, the COI, Research International and Kimberly-Clark. Gaines was most recently a Senior Director at brand research specialist Conquest, before which she worked at Ipsos ASI, Millward Brown, and GfK NOP. Ash joins from FreshMinds, where he served as a Senior Consultant, and earlier worked at Millward Brown in roles including Director - Research Design, Media & Digital.
